How to Booking
ขั้นตอนการจองบ้านพัก
1. Check your date you want to reserve available from this calendar ( If you booking from Smart Phone maybe calendar not show you can ask available booking date from Chat)
เช็คว่าวันที่ต้องการเข้าพักว่างหรือไม่จากปฏิทินทางขวามือนี้ค่ะ
(หากท่านทำการจองผ่านทางมือถืออาจจะไม่เห็นรูปปฏิทินให้สอบถามวันเข้าพักทาง Chat ได้เลยค่ะ)
2.If date available please fill your information in this form Resting Point Reservation (Eng ver.)
หากวันที่จองเข้าพักว่าง เข้าไปกรอกรายละเอียดการจองบ้านพักได้ที่นี่เลยค่ะ จองบ้านพัก Resting Point (ภาษาไทย)
3.After filling and submitting the booking form, wait for us to confirm you about total payment. The reservation will be completed when the guest makes payment and confirms payment to us.
หลังจากกรอกและส่งแบบฟอร์มการจองเรียบร้อยแล้ว รอการติดต่อกลับเพื่อแจ้งค่าใช้จ่ายรวม การจองจะเสร็จสมบูรณ์เมื่อผู้เข้าพักชำำระเงินและแจ้งยืนยันการชำำระเงินให้กับทางเราทราบนะคะ

In the case that the customer has booked a room and paid the service fee can not cancel or refund, but able to postpone the date of arrival. Which must be notified at least 1 week before the date of arrival. We will check if on the day you want to postpone that the house is empty or not.
กรณีที่ลูกค้าจองห้องพักและชำำระค่าบริการแล้ว ไม่สามารถทำำการยกเลิกหรือคืนเงินได้ แต่สามารถเลื่อนวันเข้าพัก ซึ่งต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้า อย่างน้อย 1 อาทิตย์ก่อนวันเข้าพัก โดยเราจะตรวจสอบว่าในวันที่ท่านต้องการเลื่อนนั้นบ้านพักเราว่างหรือไม่
